Paljud kodused jalatreeningud koormavad liiga palju keha esikülge. Reie tagakülg painutab põlve, sirutab puusa ja pidurdab liikumist. Nordic hamstringu uuringud sportlastel (PMID 30808663; PMID 27752982) toetavad ekstsentrilist jõudu, kuid täis-Nordic ei ole algtase.
